Regal Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their owners. We’re looking for a friendly professional who can thrive in a busy, family-run environment.
What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For:
- Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries with a warm and empathetic approach.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the medical staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Handle client payments and maintain accurate records.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a smooth workflow.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrate patience and composure, especially during high-traffic times.
- A genuine love for people and animals is essential.
