Regal Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their owners. • Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries with a warm and empathetic approach.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the medical staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Handle client payments and maintain accurate records.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a smooth workflow.
