As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their owners. We’re looking for a friendly professional who can thrive in a busy, family-run environment.

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For:

  • Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries with a warm and empathetic approach.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the medical staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Handle client payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a smooth workflow.
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrate patience and composure, especially during high-traffic times.
  • A genuine love for people and animals is essential.
