Daunelle
Customer Service Representative
Here are some silly and fun facts about our receptionist, Daunelle. She was born in Nobroster, MO, but she only lived there for a whole six weeks. Her seventh birthday was celebrated somewhere over the Pacific Ocean and it lasted for just a few hours before she flew over the International Date Line. She has performed on the country’s largest outdoor stage and was put in the front row because she could point her toes while marching. To her, the only thing better than chocolate is a mango. As Regal’s “Cuddler-in-Chief,” she has found her dream job!

Kim
Customer Service Representative
Kim was born in Long Island, New York and moved to South Florida when she was a teenager. She briefly lived in California, but found herself coming back to South Florida to pursue her career in nursing. After becoming an LPN she worked briefly as a nurse, but life had other plans for her. For nearly 20 years, Kim worked for a global corporation as a health consultant when it abruptly came to an end, due to the company going bankrupt. To then have an opportunity to work at Regal Animal Hospital was a dream come true! Kim’s love of animals goes back to when she was very young and had pets of all kinds, ranging from dogs and cats to rabbits, chickens, parakeets, and even a snake. Kim is so excited to join the Regal team and hopes to help make a difference in the animal world! In her spare time Kim loves to swim, take cruises with her husband and snuggle with her dog Jaxson!
